Preschool: ages 18 months- 4 years old 

In any of our wonderful Preschool Classes your child will learn the fundamentels of motion play and gymnastics. From our parent & Tike up to our Mighty Tot your child will grow through fun bi-weekly themed preschool geared motion play, sensory play, and age appropriate gymnastics terms.   

Recreational: 5 years old- 12 Years old 

If your looking for a fun, informative, progressive recreational program, then this is the program for you. Find the level that fits your childs needs and abilities. In these weekely lessons your child will become more intune with thier gymnastics strengths and find friendship along the way. 

Acro for Dance: 

This program is for dancers learning to learn new acro skills to highten their dance abilities. There are 3 classes based on ability: Acro for Dance 1 is geared towards younger dancers who are learning the beginning stages of Cartwheels, Bridges, and flexibility. Acro for Dance 2 is geared towards intermediate dancers who have mastered all of the skill in Acro for Dance 1 and are learning side aerials, walkovers, strength and flexibility. Acro for Dance 3 is geared towards advanced dancers who have mastered all of the above skills and are wanting to learn front aerials, back handsprings, kips, and learning acro skills in and out of other dance skills. 

Adult Gymnastics: 

This class is for all Adults (18+) who are looking to get back into the gymanstics setting! This class is for all abilities in gymnastics- whether you are looking to get the basics back and gain some strength while having fun with friends, or you want to start to compete again!
