DEVELOPMENTAL TEAM
PRE-TEAM (Copper & Level 2)
- This level is the pre-requisite to the competition team, as they will learn all of the foundational skills for competition.
- The Pre-Team level focuses on each event and the required skills for both the Xcel and Level 3 direction.
- Minimum age is 5 Years Old (by invitation only).
COMPULSORY TEAM
LEVELS 3 - 5
- USA Gymnastics created routines for these beginning competitive levels to develop a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely and efficiently.
- The levels are progressive in nature, and building upon the skills required at the previous level.
- Gymnasts learn the basics to gymnastics allowing success at the higher levels.
- Minimum age is 6 years old (by invitation only).
OPTIONAL TEAM
LEVEL 6 - 10

These levels provide creativity through individual routine development, allowing for individual strength of the gymnast in competition.

Optional levels require increased training times to allow for development of difficult optional skills.

Proceeding State Championships, there are additional competitive experiences for Level 9 & 10 which are Western Championships and J.O. National Championships.
XCEL
BRONZE - SILVER
- Beginning levels of Xcel.
- These levels provide structured routines for gymnasts previously mastered skills.
- Gymnasts will be educated and experienced in USAG competitions.
- Practices are structured to continue the individuals strength to advance new skills.
- Minimum age is 6 Years old (by invitation only).
GOLD - PLATINUM - DIAMOND- SAPPHIRE
- These levels provide creativity through routine development, allowing for individual strength of the gymnast in competition.
- These advanced levels require increased training times to allow for development of difficult skills.
- These levels compete at the state and regional levels.
